Network Chiropractic of Somerset and Zinna’s Bistro in Cranbury are excited to announce a new wellness partnership, designed to promote healthy lifestyles and focused on delicious food with the freshest ingredients. As part of this new Wellness Series, the premiere event titled Align & Dine, Zinna’s Bistro will host Dr. David Potter of Network Chiropractic for a morning of mediation, chiropractic care, yoga, a cooking class and brunch.
Dr. Potter will open the event with a brief meditation followed by yoga and Network Spinal Analysis (NSA). Chris Zinna, owner and head chef of Zinna’s Bistro will then deliver a session on preparing homemade Pesto and walk you through a hands-on session to prepare Zinna’s Pesto Pasta Salad. Once complete, you and your fellow participants can enjoy your freshly prepared meals on Zinna’s beautiful lakeside patio.
This special three-hour session at Zinna’s Bistro is scheduled for Sunday, August 30th, begins at 9:00am and wraps up after lunch is complete.
